Have flip flops taken over when it comes to guy's sandals?

It just seems that the marketing for flip flops is super great these days. (geez like you want to keep buying more) and yes they are more easier to pack up, but of all the sandals I still find the teva type or sport slide type to be the most attractive on guys. Think these will make a comeback? Or are flip flops here to dominate that market forever? Are people gonna have chicken feet for always?

Have flip flops taken over when it comes to guy%26#039;s sandals?
flip flops are what they are...cheap and casual. Although popular, i do not think they are taking over the men%26#039;s sandal market.
Reply:No. They haven%26#039;t taken over anything. Flip flops are informal and are what they are.

I cringe everytime I see someone wearing Teva%26#039;s. I can%26#039;t imagine what they would be coming back to- they were never in.

A nice pair of leather sandals always looks nice. Like a black Gucci slide or brown Mui Mui slide. There are a lot of options out there ... don%26#039;t settle for just anything.
Reply:just like any trend they will fade away and come back
Reply:Dude, flip flops are here to stay. Comfy and cool.
Reply:Finally! The flip flops have taken over!

I call the ugly sandals that hetero men wear with khakki dress shorts and socks Mandals...

the are hidious!

I am happy that the flip flops are HERE TO STAY!
Reply:I hope flip flops on guys aren%26#039;t going anywhere. I think it is so sexy on men when they wear them. I really love them on guys when they wear tattered jeans!!! Hot! But don%26#039;t forget the pedicure guys!
Reply:them sandels was once Callded .. THONGS

Hey brother you got the thong on the wrong... man i am not going there
Reply:Yes, I do believe flip-flops are here to stay. Coming from someone who has over 20 pairs, ranging from leather, hemp braid, to almost any color you could want to coordinate with anything...

I also love a nice leather slide, but not a huge fan of the athletic slides or Teva%26#039;s that you speak about. Don%26#039;t get me wrong.. when I was in high school, I had the Nike slides and the Nike sandals, similar to Teva%26#039;s.. but I%26#039;ve since upgraded and like the look and feel of today%26#039;s footwear choices, hands down.
