Which Flip Flops are better and why?

I need some answers cuz I am going to Florida soon, and was wondering if I should buy regular flip flops that have that thing that goes inbetween your toes, or those other flip flops that just slide on your feet. I think they are called sports sandals. Which ones are better and why, thanks.

Reply:Consider the thong-type to be a throw-away, they wear out prettly quickly so don%26#039;t spend much on them. They dont work in water at all. Get a pair of sports sandals. Sure sand will get into the shoe but you can shake it out easily and you can wear them in the water, they%26#039;re tough
Reply:Well the regular flip-flops are more fashionable in my opinion but they can sometimes irritate in between your toes... but the other ones... the sport sandal%26#039;s may fall off so make sure you get the right size
Reply:it depends on your preference and how much you would like to spend. birkenstock arizonas come in a two strap fashion, as well as rainbows, which come in the thong style, are both really comfortable and worth the investment for everyday activities. i personally like the arizonas because they are comfortable and adjustable, but not so great if youre going to get them wet. if youre planning on using your flip flops for the beach or getting them more dirty, buy a $4 of old navy flip flops which are very comfortable and last. just a reminder, both will cause foot tans, so if youre worried about that, go with a thong style flip flop, they are less drastic than the sandals with two straps.
Reply:I have Kushions - a brand of thongs (flip flops) and they are sooo comfy. Plus, they have outlasted any other pair of thongs I%26#039;ve ever owned. I%26#039;d highly recommend them.





Kepp in mind though that if you haven%26#039;t worn thongs (flip flops) in awhile, you%26#039;ll have to break them in - they%26#039;ll rub against your toe and the top of your foot a bit and you may get blisters.
Reply:If you are going to do heavy duty walking maybe some teva type sandals with a backstrap. They fit securely like a shoe but yet keep your foot exposed in the same way a flip flop does.
