Old navy flip flops?

i just bought some old navy flip flops. they%26#039;re kinda a gold color and they have a crown on the heel. %26amp; they%26#039;re the 2 for 5 kind. and they turned my feet green. i%26#039;ve heard of jewelry doin that, but flip flops?? am i the only one or has this happened to NEone else?

Old navy flip flops?
I%26#039;ve heard about 3 or 4 other people say the same thing about the gold flip flops from Old Navy... you%26#039;re not alone.
Reply:It IS the same as jewelry. In cheap jewelry, it%26#039;s just a gold paint and that%26#039;s what comes off and turns your skin green. It%26#039;s the same effect if the gold paint is on a flip-flop.
Reply:If you still have your receipt, go talk to the mgr. of the store where you bought them. If you%26#039;ve just made any drastic changes in your diet, it could be a skin acid problem. Are you having any reaction other than the color?
Reply:I have a pair of green ones, but they didn%26#039;t turn my feet green. That%26#039;s weird.
Reply:I refuse to buy old navy flip flops. They really aren%26#039;t that cute, no matter what kind you buy. I could find better quality flip flops that are cute at Wal-Mart for half price. Not that I buy mine there either. Bannana Republic, GAP, and Old Navy are sister stores, and Old navy is the cheapest. What can you expect as far as the color bleeding onto your feet?
Reply:i have like hundereds of pairs of those and theyre great!
Reply:did you walk through grass or something? i have never heard of that happening and my sister and i both have numerous colors of those flip flops... i LOVE them...when you break them in and they get that nice little foot groove in them :) :) :) it%26#039;s lovely
Reply:haha
Reply:no, I have never heard of flip flops turning your feet green.Maybe you are allergic to them or someting.I would just say not to wear old navy flip flops anymore. Or you could try a different color like pink white or black.good luck!
Reply:thhere stupid and ugly
Reply:I never heard of that before maybe its the dey coming off the flip flops
Reply:Well, it%26#039;s probably some sort of coloring on the shoe. That%26#039;s what you get for going for gold instead of opting for black instead : ).
Reply:You probably paid a fortune for some silly rubber shoes %26amp; now they have turned your feet green? Take them back! Demand your money then get thee to Wal Mart!
Reply:Never heard of that. Did you wash your feet? Did the green come off?
Reply:just you, babe.
Reply:i%26#039;ve never had that problem with their flip flops (nor any of the others i have bought)....maybe it is the color coming off of the sandal....is it only on the bottom of your feet or all of it....cuz then it may be something else....
Reply:may b u had water on them, it%26#039;s weired..
Reply:no - i have their flip flops and i love them
Reply:Sorry never heard of that happening. Maybe it%26#039;s sumthing that was on the flip flops. Don%26#039;t know for sure, but to be safe go to ur doctor and get it checked out.
Reply:huh u need to tak them back
Reply:Thats odd. I love their flip flops.
Reply:did you go in water with them??
