Shouldnt people wearing flip flops be fined??

me and my brother were having a little argument and he said people wearing flip flops should be fined..its ocotober now so nobody is even wearing flip flops anymore...but i just realized he did make a good statement...he said

no.. i wore flip flops today even thou it wuz like freezing cold.. i hate wearing sneackers

I don%26#039;t recall people getting fined for baggy pants, but anyhow fining for reasons like this would be very stupid. I agree that flip-flops aren%26#039;t very wise for October, mostly due to the obvious fact that it gets chillier, but that depends on where you live.

Reply:Although I actually agree with your brother, I also know that the %26#039;fine%26#039; wouldn%26#039;t work, because there are some %26#039;shoes%26#039; (leather soles, leather straps) that %26#039;look like%26#039; they are %26#039;flip flops%26#039; but are actually %26#039;sandals%26#039; ... some are %26#039;flats%26#039; like flip flops, others have %26#039;heels%26#039; ... and I suppose that it could be said that many people have feet that %26#039;sweat%26#039; so badly in any kind of %26#039;covering shoe%26#039; that places could REEK if people couldn%26#039;t wear flip flops or sandals that %26#039;let everything hang out.%26#039; You%26#039;ll never catch me or my husband wearing flip flops, though ... I%26#039;ve never been able to, and my husband has very %26#039;thick%26#039; feet and can%26#039;t get any that fit, so he wears sandals ... and usually also wears socks, because he doesn%26#039;t think people should %26#039;see%26#039; his bare feet.
